We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked. This is in addition to your rights under EU consumer law.
Email us at contact@mfradio.de with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process it within 5 business days.
After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. By using ValueScan immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service has begun and your right of withdrawal applies only to unused portions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
