By using ValueScan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ValueScan provides AI-powered item valuations for informational purposes only. All valuations are estimates and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals.

3. Disclaimer of accuracy

Valuations provided by ValueScan are estimates based on AI analysis and available market data. We do not guarantee accuracy. Actual resale values may differ significantly. Always verify valuations independently before making financial decisions.

4. Free and Pro plans

• Free plan: 10 messages per session, 2 image uploads, no barcode scanning, no history
• Pro plan: €5/month, unlimited messages, unlimited images, barcode scanning, full history
• Plans may change with 30 days notice

5. Prohibited use

• You may not use ValueScan for illegal purposes
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service
• You may not submit content that violates third-party rights
• You may not use the scanner to photograph individuals without their consent

6. Limitation of liability

ValueScan is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on valuations provided by the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.
